This is an initiative to bring up the voice of Kenya’s street children so that their rights are no longer ignored. It as well aims at sharing knowledge and skills with some of the many street children in Kenya.

Over the past two years, Xchange Perspectives (XCP) has been carrying out media for peace projects in different parts of the world. From Africa to Latin America and Europe, XCP has implemented projects and conducted trainings aiming at inducing unity in diversity in all its areas of action. Furthering its work in Europe, XCP currently explores ways to support the process of mending grievances and bridging divides in Kosovo.

This documentary film reflects one day in the life of a 13 year-old Sudanese school girl, Diana, who stands exemplary for many others. Dedicated to spreading the voices of the Sudanese from both the North and the South, 'sudan votes', a project by mict, trains journalists and publishes their views about all events occurring inside Sudan. Xchange Perspectives has advised 'sudan votes' and linked up potential journalists and singers initially trained by XCP to join 'sudan votes', which has become a primary source of reliable information made in Sudan.
