“The Five — Merry-Go-Round to Fantomia” is the title of a play by the theatre on stilts project Merula. “The Five” will premiere Saturday evening 08:00PM, August 2, 2014 at the Albanian League in Prizren, Kosovo -- don’t miss.
Following last year’s successful launch of the theatre on stilts project ‘Merula’ in Kosovo, the team gathers again in July to advance their skills and stage a performance on August 1 and 2, a tale that places a couple of young heroes and dreamers in exile.
In August, Xchange Perspective e.V. (XCP) launches a preliminary training in the run-up of the ‘Merula -- multilingual dialogic theatre on stilts in Kosovo’ project, which will commence in January 2014, if sufficient funding can be secured.
Xchange Perspectives (XCP) and its thirteen partners rally to bring the issues of street children up to the surface of Kenyan society and politics. This is an initiative to bring up the voice of Kenya’s street children so that their rights are no longer ignored. It as well aims at sharing knowledge and skills with some of the many street children in Kenya.
Over the past two years, Xchange Perspectives (XCP) has been carrying out media for peace projects in different parts of the world. From Africa to Latin America and Europe, XCP has implemented projects and conducted trainings aiming at inducing unity in diversity in all its areas of action. Furthering its work in Europe, XCP currently explores ways to support the process of mending grievances and bridging divides in Kosovo.
